We developed this process a few years ago because we saw a huge issue of people starting design and technical drawings BEFORE they fully researched what the project required.  We would see many projects go over time and over budget, both design fee and construction costs.

Initial research removes the need to make assumptions and trial and error design.  This Pre-Designosis process provides you with a report that can be used by your design architect for the best design delivered on time and with lower fees.

What You Get:

•  Client Meeting: A meeting with you, the client, to gain understanding of the goals and needs for

    the project 

•  Property Walk-Through:  Walk through the property to see existing conditions and identify the

    property's opportunities and constraints.

•  Code Analysis Report:  Provide a detailed analysis of the applicable building codes and zoning

    development standards.

•  Preliminary Program:  A written report of the initial meeting outlining the project needs, desired

   functions, and proposed spaces to acheive your project

•  Pre-Designosis Report:  A written report summarizing all the above information that can be

   used by us or any other architect as the basis to begin conceptual design.
