We realize most people find it hard to read architects' traditional plans and visualize the end result.  We have seen this can mean you get a different house from the one you thought you would have.  Instead, we design and present our concepts using 3D vizualization models that you can then explore, without special software, on your own laptop or tablet.  This is a collaborative process that lets you see how various options can maximize your protential views, how the sun and shadows will fall, and how space and volumes will feel.

This collaboration continues thoughout the process, discussing sustainable strategies; resolving zoning, planning and HOA requirements; working with agencies for permit approval; and working with the contractor to ensure execution of the design.  From understanding your needs, to working with you and your contractor during construction, our purpose is to help you realize your dreams.
